Please review the baggage allowance and restrictions before travelling. These guidelines help ensure a safe and smooth boarding process for all passengers taking ferries from Singapore to Batam.

All cargo, commercial items, or items that are not adequately packed or bundled for safe handling will not be accepted for check-in at the counter.

Free Check-In Baggage Allowance
Maximum 20 kg per boarding pass.
Baggage allowance is not transferable and cannot be combined with other boarding passes.
Excess Baggage Charges
If your baggage exceeds the free allowance:
S$1 per kg for every kilogram exceeding the 20 kg allowance.
Maximum allowable weight per passenger: 40 kg.
Maximum Weight Per Check-In Item
30 kg per individual baggage item.
Items exceeding this weight may not be accepted for safety reasons.
Odd Size Items
Oversized or special items are charged at S$10 per item up to 20 kg.
Examples include:
- Surfboards
- Wakeboards
- Bicycles
- Long items exceeding 1.5 m in length
- Large items exceeding 100 cm × 60 cm × 30 cm
- Items that may pose a safety risk if carried onboard
Baggage Check-In Timing
All baggage must be checked in at the terminal at least 45 minutes before departure time.
The baggage check-in counter closes 30 minutes before departure.
Passengers arriving after this time may not be able to check in their baggage.
